Product Description

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a special thermoplastic polymer material with a relatively high glass transition temperature (Tg ≈ 143°C) and melting point (Tm ≈ 343°C). It can be used for a long time at temperatures below 250°C, and even up to 300°C for short-term use.

It has excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and toughness. It boasts good tensile strength, flexural strength and wear resistance, along with a low friction coefficient. PEEK has good resistance to most chemical substances, including acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc. It can maintain good chemical stability even at high temperatures. PEEK is self-extinguishing, meeting the UL94 V-0 standard, thus having good flame retardancy. It also has excellent electrical insulation performance and can maintain stable electrical properties in harsh environments such as high temperature and high humidity.

PEEK has good biocompatibility and can be used in fields such as medical devices.

We pack the products into boxes according to their sizes. Usually, about 72 to more than 200 packs can fill a box. Then, we seal the boxes with transparent tape and use a packing machine to strap and fix the packing boxes in 4 directions to ensure that the boxes will not be damaged during long-distance transportation.

Warehouse storage adheres to strict standards: multi-layer packed boxes are stacked as planned (by size, weight, stability, with "lighter on top, heavier at the bottom, same specs grouped") for stability and space efficiency. Row channels facilitate checks and logistics access. Environmental controls prevent damage. Ready boxes are checked, loaded, and sent to the designated seaport for cross-border transport as scheduled.

According to regulations, the consignor or its entrusted customs declaration enterprise must submit the declaration form and relevant documents for declaration after the goods arrive at the customs supervision area and 24 hours before loading. Electronic declaration forms are generally used; paper forms may be used in special cases with the customs' approval.

After export goods have been declared and (if required) inspected and cleared by the customs, they will be transferred to a customs supervised warehouse (or a designated supervised area at the port) to await loading onto ships for export. The supervised warehouse is responsible for the final supervision of the goods before they leave the country.

After release by the customs supervised warehouse, all goods are ready. As cranes lift them, they're loaded onto ships, sailing across oceans to the destination.
